Rokesly Schools offer a high-quality wraparound care service designed to support busy families and give children the very best start and end to their school day. Our Breakfast Club opens from 7.45am, with our After School Club running until 6.00pm, providing flexible, reliable care every day.

Children are looked after by our experienced school staff, meaning they are always supported by familiar, trusted adults in a safe and nurturing environment. Importantly, our wraparound provision is able to accommodate all children who need a place, ensuring families can rely on consistent, dependable care without having to worry about waiting lists.

At Breakfast Club, children enjoy a healthy, nutritious breakfast and gentle, calming activities to help them feel relaxed and ready to learn. After school, they can refuel with a snack, take part in fun indoor and outdoor play, or enjoy some quiet reading time to read or relax.

Induction and Settling In

We understand that starting a new club can feel like a big step for children and parents.

All children joining Rokesly Wraparound Care will be supported through a gentle induction process helping them to become familiar with:

• The daily routine
• Staff members
• Activity spaces
• Expectations and transitions

Staff will take time to support children individually, ensuring they feel comfortable, confident and happy in the setting from the very start.

Session Times (Term time)

Breakfast club:         7.45am – 8.50am

After school club:     3.15pm – 6.00pm

Booking Information

Bookings are made online, and places can be booked up to 2.30 pm on the same day via SCOPAY. A unique link for parents to register for this platform is available from the school offices.

Cancellations and Late Bookings

• There is a 24-hour cancellation policy
• After 2.30pm, late bookings required for after-school club that same day, or Breakfast club the next day, can be made by calling either of the school offices. This can be done up to 3 times in a term.

Late Pick-ups

Emergencies happen and the school is flexible, however after the third late pick-up the booking system will restrict further bookings.

• Breakfast Club – £7
• Early session until 4.30pm – £11
• Mid-session from 4.15pm – £12
• Full session from 3.15pm/6.00pm – £16
• Childcare Vouchers may be used for payment.
